As a test I took out the AFC ring from the barrel, comparing with and without the ring I would say that without the AF is slightly looser although doing this will leave you with no control over the AF. The GeekVape Z50 kit is a versatile option suitable for MTL (Mouth to Lung) and RDTL (Restricted Direct to Lung) vaping. Superhero Costume Perhaps this is the H45’s kryptonite for some users, the H45 is BASIC.You only get twopower modes: POWER and BYPASS, and most users won’t need or want BYPASS mode so consider the H45 to be a simple variable wattage device.As it happens,this is totally fine for the B-Series coils as you really won’t need anything more than variable wattage, I’m all fine with that and the only time I would want for more is if there’s an RDTA pod for it with DIY wire. Using a thin high PG e-liquid in a direct-to-lung vape kit will result in a leak either because the looser cotton couldn't hold the liquid or because it got too hot, causing the juice to become even runnier.
Issue 4 - Forceful Hits:
The Geekvape Tengu RDA has a strange airflow, one would assume that the 13 x 1mm holes holes each side would be enough AF to produce a very open draw, not so, the draw is to me is slightly to restrictive. Some vapers, particularly beginners who have recently quit cigarettes, often tend to take extremely long and forceful hits. This is commonly due to the way in which the individual user to take drags from a cigarette, which tends to be rather vigorous. It can also be the result of the airflow control valve being set too tightly, which causes the user to take more powerful draws. Try taking softer hits with a slightly loosened air intake. This can greatly help reduce or eliminate flooding and gurgling. If the charging current is still very large, lithium ions are likely to accumulate in the vicinity of the negative electrode of the battery, and grow into dendritic crystals, commonly known as dendrites; the long-term dendrite pierces the separator between the positive and negative stages to form a short circuit. Therefore, for the safety of the battery, the charging current will be small in the latter half of the charging. Low-powered mouth-to-lung devices such as beginner pod kits and vape pens work best with thinner high PG (Propylene Glycol) blends such as 50:50 freebase and nic salts e-liquids. The Tengu RDA is made of stainless steel, PMMA mouth piece and gold plated 510 connection pin and measures in at a diameter of 24mm and overall height of 28mm.

They are fitted with denser cotton and operate in higher resistances of 0.7ohm to 1.5ohm and 5 to 25W of power. One of the great things about this brand is that they are really in touch with their customers. The stainless steel barrel has a ‘Heavenly Dog’ face engraved into it, apart from a bevelled channel running around the outside of the RDA the barrel has no other markings on it. While I don’t use squonk mods on a regular basis, I did take the time to test the squonk function on my Dovpo Topside Dual. The squonking action was very smooth and I was able to take advantage of the 6mm deep juice well without over spill from the AF. Airflow and Ring The leather insert is pretty much standard now in all Aegis kits and, as always, the quality is spot on.There’s not a lot of rubber on view which also makes me think that the H45 may not be water-proof, and the exposed USB-C port also instills that suspicion. Aegis Mini is powered with 2A fast charging, which can charge up to 80% in just 30 minutes when you use 5V/2A charging head, but it needs around 2 hours to be fully charged. Why? The H45 (Hero 2) had pretty much impressed me so far but the performance truly won me over for RDL and a surprisingly decent full DL vape.This kit is never going to do MTL even with a higher ohm coil, and Geekvape make no claim to be an MTL device so I’m not going to factor that into the equation. Also supplied is a SS 510 adaptor in the bag so if you wish you can use your own 510 drip tips. How Does The Geekvape Tengu RDA Perform?
