Peach Nectar: Try to use a high quality pure peach nectar. Avoid overly sugary juices. If you have a juicer at home, you could also make your own peach nectar. Mix drink. Combine ice, gin, and simple syrup. Stir or shake to combine (I often combine them in a mason jar, shaking to combine) and pour into glasses.

Who doesn’t love a cold beverage on a hot day? Especially when said beverage utilizes the freshest, juiciest peaches and a flavorful burst of mint! On a saucepan over medium to high heat, heat 1 cup of fresh peaches, cut into chunks, ½ cup of granulated sugar and ⅓ cup water. Bring to a simmer, stirring occasionally. That looks so trippy!
